It has been wonderful welcoming our children back to school. We are so proud of the positive way in which they have all returned.

New Starters in Reception (September 2020)

We are delighted that your child will be joining us at Horncastle Community Primary School. In normal circumstances we would be sending out packs to individual children, with information on classes, start times etc. However, I’m sure you’ll appreciate that this is unfortunately not possible at the moment, although we will confirm details as soon as we possibly can.

We will add other relevant information to this page as it becomes available.  Please come back and check regularly.

A letter from Mr Bladon, our Headteacher

This letter details our arrangements for induction which have been affected by our partial school closure due to the pandemic.

Families who receive certain benefits may be eligible for free school meals.  Registering for free meals could also raise an extra £1,320 for school to fund valuable support like extra tuition, additional teaching staff or after school activities. This additional money is available from central
government for every child whose parent is receiving one of the benefits listed above.
If your child is under 5, they are entitled to free milk.  If they are over 5, then milk is available for £14 a term.  If you are unable to print the flier off you can register directly also through the Coolmilk website: www.coolmilk.com
