Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND)

Horncastle Community Primary School is committed to ensuring all pupils receive a suitable education, one that is appropriate to their needs, promotes high standards and the fulfilment of potential. This should enable them to:

Introducing ESCO - Early Support Care Coordination

 

Early Support Care Coordination (ESCO) is a targeted service within Lincolnshire.  ESCO provides early help provision and is committed to improving the delivery of services for disabled children, young people and their families. It enables services to co-ordinate their activity better and provide families with a single point of contact and continuity through key working and face to face information sharing and signposting.  ESCO ensures that service delivery is child, young person and family centered. It focuses on supporting services and practitioners to work in partnership with children, young people and their families.
