Introducing ESCO - Early Support Care Coordination
Early Support Care Coordination (ESCO) is a targeted service within Lincolnshire. ESCO provides early help provision and is committed to improving the delivery of services for disabled children, young people and their families. It enables services to co-ordinate their activity better and provide families with a single point of contact and continuity through key working and face to face information sharing and signposting. ESCO ensures that service delivery is child, young person and family centered. It focuses on supporting services and practitioners to work in partnership with children, young people and their families.
