Friday - Years 1 and 2

JB Sports will also be running Year 5 and 6 football team training on Monday lunch times. Children will take part in trials for this as spaces are limited.

Cross country club:
This club runs every Wednesday from September - November and March - June (we avoid cold and hot weather!), led by Mrs Thomas.

The club gives the children a great opportunity to learn and practise different skills for sprinting, lap running, relays and stretching exercises. We train very hard to prepare for competitions, which are fantastic experiences for confidence building and positive sportsmanship.

We also play games together to warm up and have plenty of fun. Lots of encouragement and praise is given to make sure there are always smiling faces!
